Booking and Payment

All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made 30 days or more before departure date will receive a full refund minus processing fees. Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days before departure.

Limitation of Liability

Secure Venture Trips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
